All tours exclude:

• Personal expenses or items of personal nature, meals (except breakfast & dinner), beverages;

• Medical & travel insurance;

• Tips to guide, driver, hotel staff, etc.;

• Air Port Departure taxes where applicable;

• Passport & visa fees.

Payment & Cancellation: Deposit of $300 perperson is requested to secure space on the desired tour. Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations received 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a $200 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to departure will be subject to an administrative fee of $300 per person. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior to departure. All cancellations should be submitted in writing.
